DPM Ishaq Dar Congratulates Gen Syed Aamer Raza on Promotion
Islamabad – 7 October 2026 (Adnan Hameed) : Commander National Strategic Command General Syed Aamer Raza, NI (M), called on the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today.
The DPM/FM congratulated General Syed Aamer Raza on his promotion and appointment as Commander of the National Strategic Command and wished him all the success in his new responsibilities, says press note.
They discussed matters of national security and exchanged views on regional and international developments. They agreed on the importance of close institutional coordination in advancing Pakistan’s national interests and contributing to regional peace and security.
