1. TZAKZIKI SAUCE
- Cucumber 2
- Greek Yoghurt 1/2 Cup
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil -2 Tbsp
- Garlic
- Mint – Finely Chopped
- Dill – Finely Chopped
- Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
RECIPE:
Grate Cucumber
Drain excessive water
ADD Cucumber , Yoghurt , Lemon juice , Garlic , Olive Oil , 1/4 spoon Salt , Dill , Mint
Mix it well
Put it in a bowl
Drizzle a bit of Olive Oil
2. HONEY MUSTARD
- Mayonnaise – 1/2 Cup
- Dijon Mustard – 1 Tbsp ( Tablespoon)
- Yellow Mustard – 1 Tbsp
- Honey – 3 Tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tsp(Teaspoon)
- Spices : Salt , Black Pepper ,Paprika ,Garlic Powder – ALL Spices 1/8 Teaspoon
RECIPE:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl Put in refrigerator Great for dips , salads , and sandwiches
3. TERYAKI SAUCE
Water -1.5 Cups
Brown Sugar – 10 teaspoon
Honey – 2 Tablespoon
Rice Vinegar – 1/2 Cup
Garlic -1/2 tsp shredded
Ginger Powder – 1/4 teaspoon shredded
Cold Chicken Stock OR Water can be used -1/2 Cup
Cornflour -2 teaspoon
RECIPE:
1. Pour a cup of Water in a pan
2. Add Soy Sauce , Honey ,minced Garlic & Ginger
3. Whisk them together , simmer them till sugar dissolves
Perfect to add to stir fry chicken or vegetables
4. CHINESE STYLE SESAME
White Sugar – 1 Cup
Cornflour- 1/4 Cup
Chicken Broth -1 Cup
Water -1/2 Cup
White Vinegar -2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce -2 Tbsp
Sesame Oil -2 Tbsp
Chile Paste -1 Tbsp
Garlic – 1 Clove minced
RECIPE:
1. Mix Sugar and Cornflour in a saucepan
2. Stir in Water, Chicken Broth, Vinegar, Soy Sauce , Sesame Oil , Chile Paste & Garlic
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes .
