The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippine in Islamabad celebrated the 127th Anniversary of Philippine Independence with a vibrant diplomatic reception that highlighted tradition, diplomacy, and cultural pride. The event brought together members of the diplomatic corps, senior Pakistani Govt officials, ASEAN envoys, media representatives and the Filipino community.The event concluded with a ceremonial cake-cutting led by Chief Guest Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain, joined by Ambassador Fernandez and ASEAN envoys, symbolizing regional unity.
