Ambassador Farhadov Recognizes Adnan Hameed’s Efforts to Strengthen Pakistan-Azerbaijan Relations
Islamabad – 11 August 2026 (MT Team) : The Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan H.E Khazar Farhadov presents a Certificate of Appreciation to prominent media professional Adnan Hameed and other Pakistani media representatives in recognition of their outstanding contributions to fostering and strengthening friendship, mutual understanding and cooperation between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Farhadov thanked the Pakistani media for its continued cooperation and support throughout his tenure in Islamabad. He also responded to questions from media representatives and briefly shared his experiences and memories of his diplomatic service in Pakistan.
The Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the warm hospitality and friendship he received during his tenure, saying that his time in Islamabad had been a great and memorable experience.
Ambassador Farhadov also expressed hope that Pakistani media would continue to extend the same cooperation and support to his successor, Irfan Davudov who has recently been appointed as the new Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan.
He emphasized the important role of the media in further promoting mutual understanding, friendship and people-to-people contacts between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
During his interaction, Adnan Hameed thanked the Ambassador for the recognition and appreciated Khazar Farhadov’s active diplomatic efforts in promoting and strengthening Pakistan-Azerbaijan relations.
