Foods to Avoid

Acidic Foods
It’s not just about consuming the right nutrients—it’s also about creating a body environment that discourages cancer growth. Health educator, Barbara O’Neal emphasizes the importance of avoiding acid-forming foods, as they create an environment where cancer cells thrive. When the body becomes too acidic (less than 7), creates an environment that cancer and other diseases thrive.
To note we should limit certain foods from our daily diet and include variety of food sources. To note, limiting meat, for example, which is highly acidic and linked to cancer. Other sources such as fatty fish, are less popular as fish is contaminated with toxins more than ever.

Yeast bread promotes an acidic environment conducive to cancer, but sourdough bread, containing beneficial bacteria, is a healthier alternative.
Caffine should taken in moderation (two cups in a day). Instead herbal teas should be preferred.
