KOICA Pakistan Organizes 2026 Alumni Knowledge Sharing Seminar in Lahore
KOICA Seminar Strengthens Korea-Pakistan Development Cooperation
Lahore – 7 October 2026 (MT Team) : The KOICA Pakistan Office hosted the “2026 KOICA Alumni Knowledge Sharing Seminar in Lahore” in Lahore, Punjab on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
The seminar provided an opportunity for KOICA Global Training alumni to share the knowledge, experiences, and achievements gained through their training programs, and to discuss ways to apply them to their work and policies in Pakistan, including through action plans, says press note. The event also brought together alumni from Lahore, representatives from relevant government institutions, and private sector professionals, providing an opportunity to share their experiences and expertise while strengthening professional networks and partnerships in the field of development cooperation.
In particular, Khurram Shahzad, who completed the Master of Urban Development at the University of Seoul through a KOICA Scholarship program, and Ms. Saira Ijaz, who completed the “Capacity Building of PAA for Training of Trainers in ES, RFFS, & ATS” program, shared their training experiences and key achievements. They also exchanged views on various ways to apply and further disseminate the knowledge and experiences gained through their training in Pakistan.
The KOICA Pakistan Office will continue to support knowledge sharing and networking among KOICA alumni and strengthen the alumni network so that the outcomes of training programs can be continuously applied and shared in Pakistan. We will also continue to strengthen development cooperation and friendly relations between the Republic of Korea and Pakistan through collaboration with partners across various fields.
