Egyptian Ambassador Meets Governor Sindh, Discuss Bilateral Cooperation
Karachi – 28 September 2026 (MT Team) : Dr. Ehab Abdel Hamid, Egypt’s Ambassador to Pakistan, met with Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, Governor of Sindh, in Karachi to explore ways of strengthening and expanding existing cooperation with the province across areas of mutual interest.
The meeting highlighted the deep ties between Egypt and Pakistan and discussed building stronger local partnerships between Egyptian governorates and Sindh, particularly in urban development, cultural exchange, investment and trade, and vocational training.
The Sindh Governor expressed his strong appreciation for the current level of bilateral relations with Egypt and stressed the importance of continued coordination and official visits to broaden the scope of productive cooperation that benefits both friendly peoples.
The Egyptian Ambassador Dr. Ehab Abdel Hamid affirmed Egypt’s commitment to deepening partnership with Sindh across various fields, noting the embassy’s readiness to facilitate communication and the exchange of expertise for the mutual benefit of both sides.
