Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC) has achieved another important milestone in Pakistan’s energy sector by successfully reviving gas production from the Jand-1 well in Attock district, Punjab. Following recompletion and targeted well stimulation, the Jand-1 well is now producing more than 21 million standard cubic feet of gas per day (MMSCFD). This marks a remarkable improvement over its previous production level of approximately 7 MMSCFD, effectively tripling the well’s gas output.
