General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan, attended as the chief guest, along with over 20 senior Pakistani military officers. Other notable attendees included Pakistan’s Federal Ministers for Planning and Information, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant, the Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, defense attachĂ©s from various countries, representatives of Chinese enterprises in Pakistan, and members of the Chinese community. ChargĂ© d’Affaires Shi Yuanqiang and Chinese embassy diplomats also participated in the celebration. Defense AttachĂ© Major General Wang Zhong delivered a speech, stating that under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China and with the full support of the Chinese people, the PLA has grown from a small force into a strong military, achieving continuous victories.
