Pakistan warns of war with India

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has issued a grave warning about the possibility of an all-out war with India if tensions continue to escalate following the devastating Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 lives. Speaking to the media, Asif stressed that Pakistan’s military is fully prepared for any eventuality and would carefully calibrate its response depending on India’s actions.

Highlighting the severe risks involved, Asif underscored the alarming prospect of conflict between two nuclear-armed neighbors, warning that any miscalculation could lead to catastrophic consequences. He emphasized the need for caution and restraint, noting that escalating tensions could easily spiral out of control and result in tragic outcomes for both nations and the broader region.

The situation between India and Pakistan has grown increasingly volatile, with both countries taking aggressive diplomatic steps. India has downgraded diplomatic ties and suspended the longstanding Indus Waters Treaty, further straining relations. As tensions mount, the international community watches closely, urging both sides to engage in dialogue and avoid actions that could lead to open conflict.
