Ambassadors of Pakistan and Turkmenistan Hold Talks to Boost Trade and Energy Cooperation
Islamabad – 5 April 2026 (Adnan Hameed) : Ambassador of Turkmenistan Atadjan Movlamov held a meeting with Ambassador of Pakistan to Turkmenistan Faryal Leghari at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the current state and future prospects of bilateral cooperation across a range of areas of mutual interest.
Particular attention was given to enhancing political dialogue, expanding trade and economic ties, and advancing joint infrastructure and energy projects, says press note.
The sides also explored ways to strengthen engagement between the business communities of the two countries, including through the organization of industrial and agricultural exhibitions in Turkmenistan and Pakistan in 2026.
