Pakistan Counters Indian Allegations with Journalist Tour of LoC

In a strategic move to counter India’s allegations of terrorist camps along the Line of Control (LoC), Pakistan’s Information Minister Attaullah Tarar led a delegation of local and international journalists to the border region. Organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the visit was intended to offer firsthand insight into the realities on the ground and challenge what Pakistani officials described as “baseless propaganda” by India.

Journalists engaged with local residents during the tour and received detailed briefings about the area’s current conditions. The visit served as a platform for Pakistan to demonstrate transparency and provide international media with an unfiltered perspective on the situation. Officials emphasized the importance of direct observation to dispel misinformation and reaffirmed Pakistan’s stance on promoting factual reporting in the face of regional tension.

This initiative is part of a broader diplomatic and media strategy by Pakistan to project its narrative to the global community and maintain credibility in the ongoing discourse surrounding the Kashmir region and the LoC.
