NAVTTC Inaugurates Specialized Vocational Training and ToT Program in Collaboration with Chinese Partners

Three-Year Diploma Data and Chinese Vocational Programs Go Live on PracticeForSkills.pk

Islamabad – 27 October 2025 (Adnan Hameed) : A landmark step towards empowering Pakistani youth through technical and digital skills was taken today with the formal inauguration of Specialized Vocational Trainings, the Training of Trainers (ToT) Program, and the official launch of the “Practice for Skills” International Digital Education Platform Operations in Pakistan under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP).

The ceremony, organized by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), brought together senior officials, Chinese partners, and representatives from the education and industry sectors.

The event follows the historic visit of Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif to China, during which thirteen cooperation agreements were signed between NAVTTC and leading Chinese institutions.

According to the press note, these were facilitated by ITMC Technology Co. Limited China and UNI Services International Pakistan, and witnessed by Honourable Federal Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain as Chief Guest in Beijing.


The ceremony was graced by Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman Prime Minister Youth Program Nadeem Mahbub, Federal secretary of Education and Professional Training. Muhammad Aamir Jan Executive Director NAVTTC Max Ma, Founder & CEO, UNI International. From China Side, Wang Peng, Managing Director ITMC and various Chinese TEVT Colleges more than 100 participants attended the ceremony.

Speaking at the inauguration, the representative highlighted that these initiatives will introduce specialized training programs in Pakistan, aligned with the vision of Digital Pakistan national strategy, and will directly benefit thousands of young Pakistanis. The programs will encompass Chinese language training, digital media, software development, e-commerce, and modern agricultural technologies, along with the establishment of Centres of Excellence and enhanced trainer development.


The collaboration reflects the strong and enduring Pakistan–China partnership, marking another milestone in transforming bilateral cooperation into tangible opportunities for the youth.

Now all 3 years diploma programs international education resources data, digital course content, software, vocational training programs, certification recognition, live broadcast are fully integrated in international digital education platform—Practice for Skills.

The event concluded with a reaffirmation of commitment from all partners to work together in advancing Pakistan’s vocational and digital training ecosystem, promoting employment, innovation, and sustainable growth.
