Launch of ‘The Inner Reframe’ by 12-Year-Old Alisha Saleem
Islamabad – 6 December 2025 (Adnan Hameed) : Alisha Saleem, a 12-year-old author and Grade 7 student, launched her book The Inner Reframe, today in a special ceremony hosted by Seema Batool. The event was attended by Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, Famous booktuber Shahrukh Nadeem (Book Buddy), Irum Raza Butt, Senior Mistress of Beaconhouse Margalla Campus Girls Branch.
At just 12 years old, Alisha is one of Pakistan’s youngest authors. “The Inner Reframe”, written by Alisha at just 12, addresses mental health, resilience, and personal growth. Minister Hanif Abbasi praised Alisha for her courage in addressing such an important topic, while Shahrukh Nadeem commended her for inspiring young readers and writers.
Alisha announced that 10% of book sales today would be donated to families affected by the recent floods in Pakistan. Shields were presented to guests, and volunteers were given certificates in recognition of their support.
The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a group photo, and a book-signing session. The Inner Reframe is available for purchase online, with part of the proceeds supporting flood victims.
