Egyptian Ambassador, meets Coordinator to the Prime Minister on Commerce

The Ambassador of Egypt to Pakistan Dr. Ihab Abdelhamid, held a productive meeting with Rana Ihsaan Afzal Khan, Coordinator to the Prime Minister on Commerce, to discuss prospects for enhancing bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Egypt and Pakistan.
The two sides exchanged views on ways to facilitate collaboration between business communities in both countries and encourage greater connectivity across key economic sectors.
Ambassador Abdelhamid outlined Egypt’s commitment to expanding economic engagement with Pakistan and briefed on his recent meetings with representatives from various chambers of commerce to explore mutually beneficial opportunities.
Afzal Khan welcomed the Ambassador’s ideas and reaffirmed the Ministry of Commerce’s full support for advancing trade linkages, expressing readiness to work closely with Egyptian counterparts in pursuit of shared economic interests.
