Pakistan reaffirms commitment to Kuwait’s peace and prosperity
Rawalpindi – 30 July, 2026 (MT Team) : Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait accompanied by Mr. Nassar Abdul Rahman J. Al-Mutairi, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Pakistan called on Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, Chief of Army Staff & Chief of Defence Forces at General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security and steps to further strengthen bilateral cooperation were discussed, says ISPR press note.
The visiting dignitary appreciated Pakistan’s steadfast support, its constructive contribution toward regional peace and stability and the deep-rooted fraternal ties shared between the two nations.
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to Kuwait, emphasizing that both countries share a common vision for regional peace and prosperity.
