Maryam Nawaz expressed heartfelt gratitude after the successful completion of compassion and public service initiatives during the holy month of Ramadan. She acknowledged the collective efforts of government departments, volunteers, and welfare organizations that worked tirelessly to ensure relief reached deserving families across Punjab. These initiatives focused on providing essential food items, financial assistance, and improved access to public services during a time when support is most needed.
She emphasized that Ramadan is not only a time of عبادت (worship) but also a period to strengthen values of empathy, generosity, and community care. Under her leadership, several welfare programs were launched or expanded to ease the burden on low-income households, reflecting the government’s commitment to social responsibility. Special measures were taken to ensure transparency and efficiency so that aid was distributed fairly and without delay.
