Russian President Putin Condoles Islamabad Terror Attack Victims
Islamabad – 6 February 2026 (Adnan Hameed) : Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent letters of condolence to President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif over the tragic terrorist attack in Islamabad.
In his condolence letter, President Putin expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives during a religious ceremony, describing the attack as a brutal and inhumane act of terrorism. He reaffirmed Russia’s readiness to further strengthen cooperation with Pakistan in the fight against terrorism.
The Russian President also conveyed sincere sympathy and support to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
