Historic Pakistani Feature Film “Raja Rasalu” Unveils Grand Red Carpet Trailer
Rawalpindi – 12 September 2025 (Adnan Hameed): The grand red-carpet trailer launch of Pakistan’s historic and cultural feature film *“Raja Rasalu”* was held at a local hall in Rawalpindi in a glittering ceremony attended by prominent showbiz personalities.
The film, produced under the banner of AMJ Productions and Mir Motion Graphics, highlights Pakistan’s rich heritage with a blend of suspense, romance, and emotion, enhanced by modern VFX technology.
Executive producers Muhammad Rashid and Miraj Uddin, along with noted guests from the entertainment industry, graced the occasion. The cast members in attendance included Nayer Ali, Shameen Khan, Qahan Ali, Ali Ammar, Maheen Shah, Huma Shah, Anjum Habibi, and writer Waqar Fani, Celebrity guests such as Mishi Khan and Adnan Hameed also joined the celebration. The trailer received overwhelming applause from the audience.
The lead role of Raja Rasalu is played by Arman Ali Pasha, while Shameen Khan stars as Queen Koklan. Other distinguished cast members include Nayer Ejaz (as Raja Sarkap), Ayub Khosa (as Raja Salbahan), Qahan Ali (as the Giant), Adnan Shah Tipu, Aite Khan, and Mahira Shah.
Director and co-producer Faisal Mir described the film as a challenging project that involved authentic sets and carefully chosen locations reflecting the ancient era. He confirmed that 99% of the film’s work has been completed, with its official release scheduled for the New Year.
The music is composed by Saji Ali, with lyrics penned by Waqar Fani and Faisal Mir. Filming took place across Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Abbottabad, capturing the scenic beauty of these regions.
Concluding the event, executive producers Muhammad Rashid and Miraj Uddin thanked the gathering for their presence and for standing behind the film’s vision.
