PCB announces ticket refunds for washed-out matches

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a full ticket refund for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 matches that were abandoned without a ball being bowled at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The affected matches include Australia vs. South Africa on February 25 and Bangladesh vs. Pakistan on February 27.

As per the PCB Ticket Refund Policy for ICC Champions Trophy 2025, ticket holders are eligible for a full refund if the match was abandoned before the toss. All enclosure tickets will be refunded, while hospitality ticket holders (boxes and PCB gallery) will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligible ticket holders can claim their refunds at designated TCS outlets from Monday, March 10, 2025, to Friday, March 14, 2025. Late requests will not be entertained. To claim a refund, ticket holders must present an original, undamaged ticket as proof of purchase. The purchaser must personally visit the TCS outlet, as refunds cannot be claimed on their behalf.

TCS outlets available for refund claims include locations in Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Quetta. These centers have been designated to ensure a smooth refund process for affected ticket holders. The PCB aims to provide a hassle-free experience while maintaining transparency in its refund policy.
